Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor solar PV systems and plant equipment while coordinating field execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze solar PV system performance.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot inverter, string, and electrical issues.
  • Document maintenance activities and generate reports.
  • Manage laborers and subcontractors at site.
  • Follow safety protocols for solar power plant operations.
  • Coordinate with team members and management for execution updates.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer operations, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of electrical panels and equipment operations.

Solar PV Module Inspector

Conduct module inspections, identify defects, and submit accurate reports using digital tools across multiple project locations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections of solar PV modules at factories, warehouses, and project sites.
  • Conduct quality checks as per IEC 61215 and IEC 61730.
  • Identify and report defects such as microcracks, delamination, cell mismatch, and junction box faults.
  • Assist in EL testing, IV curve testing, and basic electrical checks.
  • Capture images and maintain proper inspection documentation.
  • Submit reports using mobile/web-based applications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for inspection scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in solar PV module inspection or quality assurance.
  • Basic understanding of solar module components and functionality.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections across India.

Preferred Skills
